We patronized this business for the first time tonight and it was a great experience! We called in our order and it was ready upon arrival. We ordered rib tips, chicken wings (2 flavors), fried okra and potato salad. Everything was hot and delicious!! We will definitely make this a regular stop! Happy to have them in our area!

Spicy lemon pepper chicken on a stick is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life. I come to Jackson 2-3 times a year and I have to eat a chicken on a stick EVERY time and I think about it constantly the rest of the year. It’s always fresh, hot, and delicious. One of my absolute favorite restaurants!

I'm from Arkansas. I'm down here on a personal trip and I was gonna go to Georgia Blues but I decided to stop here. Lemme tell ya.... Glad I did. It smelled amazing when I walked in. I ordered wayyyy too much food but trust me I'll finish it. Staff was very friendly. I just tried everything at my hotel room and goodness... It's delicious. Do not hesitate to eat here. Been working restaurants for 20 years and this place has it.

I highly recommend visiting this place! The food was amazing(Chicken on Stick best in Mississippi) is number one in my book!!They even made my wife a Veggie on Stick amazing! My family and I enjoyed this place and anytime we are in town we will definitely stop by! The owners and staff are professional and create a home feeling atmosphere while dining in!

My family and I frequent Gator Jrs a lot. The food is pretty good. The rib tips are great, cooked to perfection, I always get my sauce on the side. The chicken on the stick is out main menu item 85% of the time it’s spot on but the other 15% it can be under seasoned we have just started asking for extra lemon pepper when we order. The fish was pretty good well seasoned. If you are in a hurry don’t be if you are getting take out even if you call your order in 20 minutes later when you arrive they may be just starting to cook I have never dined in, but it’s definitely a nice restaurant to try.

Wwwwwwooooo that was good food. I'm from NY so I just wanted to try some local MS food. And I never heard of chicken on a stick, but was that good. With the fried pickles on the stock too, come on it can't get any better.

You walk in and there is a vibe that you walked into the family’s personal kitchen. As we sat at our table people were walking in and being greeted by name or seeing friends and hugging. The meat portions were generous and perfectly cooked. The sauce coverage wasn’t overwhelming. Honestly the spicy chicken on a stick was my favorite. There was a potato and onion slice between each huge chunk of chicken and they were also delicious. The banana pudding tastes homemade and we MIGHT have gotten an extra serving to go after finishing our meal to eat tomorrow Don’t sleep on this place!
